The value of the hotel services (in case of individual room reservation) can be paid on the spot in cash, by credit card (Visa, Master, Maestro, Diner’s) or by OTP, MKB, K&H SZÉP card.

Individual booking conditions:
All room reservations must be confirmed in writing and a written confirmation will be sent by the hotel.

Individual cancellation conditions:
All individual reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 3 days will be charged 100% of the booked service value. Cancellation policy varies depending on the length of stay, the type of accommodation, mealplan chosen and the package offer. The current conditions are indicated for each price type.

Tourist tax (not included in our prices): 300 HUF/person/night (over 18 years).

Guests paying by SZÉP card can pay the Tourist Tax in cash.

Pets can be accepted by prior arrangement: 1 pet (up to 5 kg free of charge, more than 1 or heavier than 5 kg) 5.000 HUF/night

Arrival: from 14.00 p.m.
Departure: until 10.00 a.m.

Early check-in and/or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability.
